Kobe Desramaults (de Wulf/Dranouter) will open in June 2011 new bistro 'de Vitrine' in Ghent

Kobe has a lot of friends and family living in Ghent. He has chosen Ghent as destination for his new bistro. Manager of the bistro is Eef, sister of Kobe. Kobe is supervisor of the bistro and will cook once a week (on the closing day of his own restaurant in Dranouter). Cooks of the bistro are Niels Desnouck (worked two years in De Wulf en in Noma/Copenhagen) and Matthias Speybrouck (worked two years for Sergio Herman and Kobe Desramault).
