In collaboration with Stephen Jones and the Fashion Museum, Dominique Persoone developed 4 chocolate truffles in the form of tiny hats from the Stephen Jones collection.The chocolate hats are packaged in little hat boxes and are on sale at The Chocolate Line and MoMu during the Stephen Jones & The Accent on Fashion exhibition (8/09/2010-13/02/2011). Take delight in this exceptional merging of form and taste!

The new 5th edition of the Museum Map is an essential tool in your discovery of Brussels museums (94 museums mentioned). It will allow you to locate them easily and give you indications about how to reach them by public transport. An illustrated mosaic at the back provides practical information on each museum. Volta, new restaurant in former electricity station in Ghent
Volta is housed in a remarkable building which looks like a store house. The owners want to create the atmosphere of a brasserie but with food of the better gastronomy. The young chef Olly Ceulenaere worked in famous restaurants as Maison Troisgros (France), Hof van Cleve, Comerç 24 (Barcelona) and Withof in Brasschaat that obtained one Michelin star. He belongs to the Flemish Foodies, young cooks which experiments with regional products and innovative techniques (blog: www.flemishfoodies.be).
